We believe in making the highest quality dentistry available to all our patients. A key element to this is having a dentist you can trust. Dr. Raymond J. Finnerty, Dr Linda W. Wu, and Dr Rosario T. Palabrica are all highly qualified dentists who strive to keep their patients at ease through good communication and attention to detail. You can find out more about them below.
Raymond J. Finnerty, DDS, FAGD
Originally from Montclair, New Jersey, Dr. Raymond Finnerty graduated from Providence College in 1965. He received his DDS degree from Georgetown University Dental School in 1969. After graduation, Dr. Finnerty spent one year in a general practice residency at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and later spent two years in the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. He served as pre-clinical instructor at Georgetown University from 1972 to 1988. He holds the honor of Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. On October 2007, Dr. Finnerty was awarded, along with ten other dentists in Northern Virginia, The Ellen S. Flanagan Volunteer Award. The award is given in recognition for volunteering at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic in Falls Church, Virginia for more than ten years. The clinic provides to the needy in the Northern Virginia Area. He has been in general practice since 1974 and is experienced in all phases of dentistry. He resides in Vienna, Virginia.
Linda W. Wu, DDS
Dr. Linda Wu is originally from Taiwan and has been living in the Metropolitan area since 1975. She attended Georgetown University for both her undergraduate degree in Biology and for her doctoral degree in dental surgery. Since her graduation from Georgetown Dental School in 1990, she has been practicing in the Rosslyn dental office. She is an active participant of numerous dental societies and constantly engages in continuing education to offer the most state-of-the-art procedures and equipment to her patients. The scope of dentistry she practices is wide and complete. She enjoys and offers cosmetic, periodontic, oral surgery, pedodontic, prosthodontic, endodontic, and operative dentistry in her office.
Rosario T. Palabrica, DDS
Dr. Palabrica was born in the Philippines and raised in Vienna, Austria. She has lived in the Washington, DC area since 1988 and currently resides in McLean. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her dental degree from the University of Maryland. Dr. Palabrica completed a 2-year general practice residency at the University of Maryland Medical System, which included specialty care for medically-compromised adults and children. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. She is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Dental Hygiene program at Northern Virginia Community College. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.

Appointments
We understand your time is valuable and we will make every effort to remain on schedule. To better accommodate you, early bird (7:30 AM) and evening appointments are available. In the event you are unable to keep your appointment, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may offer time to another patient. We understand that occasionally a situation may arise that would prevent our patients from keeping their appointment. However, when appointments are continually missed, a charge will be incurred.
Emergency
For those patients that require prompt attention, every effort will be made to see you as quickly as possible. If a problem occurs after regular office hours, please call 703-842-4448 and a doctor will be notified to contact you immediately.
Payment Options
We request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, several methods of payment are available. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard®, Visa®, and CareCredit®. Our office is equipped to transmit the vast majority of insurance information electronically; we will be happy to assist you in filing your insurance forms.¹ However, to avoid any misunderstanding regarding dental insurance, we wish our patients to know that all professional services rendered are charged directly to the patient and that patients are personally responsible for payment of fees.²
¹ In an effort to assist patients in submitting insurance claims, please provide our office with the most current information that the insurance company has of the subscriber (i.e. change of address, addition of dependent (s), social security number, or date of birth). Any discrepancies will result in a delay in the processing your claim.
² It is solely the patient's responsibility to know exactly what is covered under his/her dental plan. If unclear regarding what the coverage is, the patient may request a pre-determination of dental benefits from their insurance company or see his/her plan administrator. Our business administrators will be happy to provide the specific procedure codes upon request. For those patients who subscribe to Delta Dental please call our office for a specific schedule of fees.
